PNWA Contractor LLC is a single member LLC that was established in 2020. Paul Nitardy is the only member. Since the end of 2016 I have been doing almost all of the work on a rental property in Lacey WA. Some of the projects are included in this website. My credentials also include the following: Civil Engineer (Professional Engineer License in WA), Class A CDL, Owner of a 4-plex in Lacey WA, over 20 years of work experience that included Auto Cad drawings, structural calculations, plats and short plats, special concrete vaults, driving a dump truck, a roll-off truck and more.
